Tele Caller (Fresher) – Marathi Speaking

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our team. As a Marathi-speaking Tele Caller, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their queries, promoting services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers looking to start a career in customer service and telemarketing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers, offering products or services.
  • Receive inbound calls from customers and provide appropriate information in Marathi.
  • Address customer queries, resolve issues, and provide information about products and services in a clear and effective manner.
  • Conduct surveys or provide assistance as required by the business.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information.
  • Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet daily and monthly targets for call volume and conversion.
  • Update customers on any promotions or new offerings.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide solutions, and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department.
  • Follow up on leads and conversions as required.

Requirements:

  • Education: 10th/12th grade or any graduate.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Marathi (both spoken and written). English and Hindi knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • Skills:
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Basic knowledge of computer usage (CRM software, MS Office, etc.).
    • Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
    • Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience: Freshers are welcome. Experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus but not required.
  • Other:
