Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client queries via phone, email, or chat, and provide first-level troubleshooting.
  • Log and track issues in the CRM system, escalating unresolved concerns to relevant teams.

  • Provide updates on product features and client reports as needed.
  • Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Requirements:
